You don't need flexibility, equipment, or experience — just a mat and a screen. Here's what to expect from your first live class.
Two square metres of flat floor is enough. A mat is ideal; a rug or towel works for your first class. Put your screen at eye level — a chair or stack of books is fine.
Start with steady, mostly floor-based Hatha. Namasté Gentle is active, with breathing exercises and a little flow, and you can learn the poses as you go.
Booking is required. Live opens 15 minutes before class. Entry closes when class starts. The stream stays open until 5 minutes after the scheduled end — just like a real studio.
