Your access normally ends straight away: you're signed out and can't sign back in. If your account needs a manual check first, we close your access when we start the deletion. The TV app has no delete option — use the phone app or one of the routes below.
Email contact@mistershamir.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it, or send the same request through the contact form. We check that the request comes from the account holder, confirm by email, and close your access when we start the deletion.
Your profile (name, email, date of birth, country and city) is deleted. Your bookings, class history and live-viewing activity are removed or anonymised so they can no longer be linked to you. The deletion is completed within 30 days of your request. Records we're legally required to keep, such as bookkeeping records of payments, are anonymised rather than removed, and kept only as long as the law requires.
When the deletion is completed, an active membership is cancelled, no further payments are taken, and your upcoming bookings are cancelled. If you want renewal to stop before then, cancel your membership from your account on this website first, then delete your account.
