What do I need to get started?

Accepted Answer

A mat, roughly 2 square metres of floor, a screen (phone, tablet, laptop or TV), and a stable internet connection. That's it. No blocks, no straps — we'll show you simple substitutions.

Are the classes really live?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every class is streamed live from Namasté Offline, Torvegade 66, 1400 København K while it's happening. If you open the app at 16:00 Copenhagen time, you're joining the 16:00 class — not a recording of it.

Question 3

Can I watch later if I miss a class?

Accepted Answer

No — and that's the point. There's no replay and no on-demand library. If you miss a class, catch the next one; the schedule runs several a day. Live is the thing.

Question 4

Can anyone see me?

Accepted Answer

No. Your camera and microphone are never used — the stream runs one way, from the studio to you. You watch the class; you are never on screen.

Question 5

How much does membership cost?

Accepted Answer

We show a local price based on your location: DKK 149 kr, GBP £16.99, EUR €19.99, SEK 229 kr, NOK 219 kr or USD $21.99 per month. Members who have not used this offer receive three free monthly billing cycles, then at least one paid month. Your verified billing residence determines tax. Checkout confirms the billing currency, eligibility, exact minimum amount and dated payment schedule before you join.

Question 6

How do I cancel my subscription?

From the account menu, review the cancellation dates and confirm. The next payable billing cycle is the final payment, with access through its end. During the free offer, at least the first full-price month remains payable. For example, cancelling on the 12th when billing is on the 15th means a final payment on the upcoming 15th and access until that cycle ends.

Can I use Namasté Online on my TV?

Accepted Answer

Yes — search “Namasté Online” in the App Store on Apple TV, or in Google Play on Android TV and Google TV. You can also AirPlay or cast from your phone, or open namasteonline.com in your TV's browser. A TV with a decent speaker is our favourite setup.
