What do I need to get started?

A mat, roughly 2 square metres of floor, a screen (phone, tablet, laptop or TV), and a stable internet connection. That's it. No blocks, no straps — we'll show you simple substitutions.

Are the classes really live?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every class is streamed live from Namasté Studios, Torvegade 66, 1400 København K while it's happening. If you open the app at 16:00 Copenhagen time, you're joining the 16:00 class — not a recording of it.

Question 3

Can I watch later if I miss a class?

Accepted Answer

No — and that's the point. There's no replay and no on-demand library. If you miss a class, catch the next one; the schedule runs several a day. Live is the thing.

Question 4

Am I recorded when I join?

Accepted Answer

Never. Your camera and microphone are never used — the stream runs one way, from the studio to you. The temporary files our streaming provider creates to carry a live class are deleted automatically once it ends.

How much does membership cost?

It's 89 kr/month. Cancel any time from the account menu.

Question 6

How do I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

From the account menu, open Billing and choose Cancel. Your membership stays active until the end of your current billing period.

Question 7

Can I use Namasté Online on my TV?

Accepted Answer

Yes — open namasteonline.com on any smart TV browser, or mirror from your phone or laptop. A TV with a decent speaker is our favourite setup.
