Namasté Online is a monthly subscription at 89 kr/month. You are billed monthly on the same calendar day. You may cancel from the account menu — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Classes are streamed live from Namasté Studios, Torvegade 66, 1400 København K. We do not guarantee the availability of any individual class — instructors occasionally reschedule. The published schedule is indicative; the live schedule inside the app is authoritative.
Every class is live. There is no replay and no on-demand library — if you miss a class, it is gone, and the next one is the point. Online participants are never recorded: your camera and microphone are never used. The transient assets our streaming provider creates to carry a live class are deleted automatically once the class ends.
You practise at your own risk. Consult a medical professional before starting if you have injuries or health conditions. If a pose hurts, stop doing it.
