Website checkout confirms the billing currency from your verified residence, exact price, eligibility and dated schedule before you join. The introductory offer is three free monthly billing cycles, followed by at least one full-price monthly cycle. The fixed monthly prices are DKK 149 kr/month, GBP £16.99/month, EUR €19.99/month, SEK 229 kr/month, NOK 219 kr/month and USD $21.99/month. The first full-price month remains payable when you request cancellation during the free period. Cancellation takes effect after the next payable billing cycle: for example, a request on the 12th with billing on the 15th makes the upcoming 15th the final payment, and access continues to the end of that cycle. Checkout shows the first paid date, minimum payable amount and earliest access-end date for your membership. Request cancellation from the website account menu and review its exact dates before confirming. Apple bills memberships bought in the iPhone or Apple TV app at the price and terms shown by Apple; manage or cancel them in your Apple Account subscription settings.
Classes are streamed live from Namasté Offline, Torvegade 66, 1400 København K. We do not guarantee the availability of any individual class — instructors occasionally reschedule. The published schedule is indicative; the live schedule inside the app is authoritative. We may change the streaming technology, video providers and apps we use to run the service. Any such change keeps the commitments in section 3 and in our privacy policy. If a change would significantly reduce what your membership includes, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance, and you may cancel without charge before it takes effect.
Every class is live. Your membership gives you access to scheduled classes while they are broadcast; it does not include recordings, replays or an on-demand library. If you miss a class, join the next one. You are never on camera: the website and apps never use your camera or microphone, and the stream runs one way, from the studio to you. Our live-video provider records the studio broadcast as part of delivering it. These recordings are never made available to members and are never published. Routine recordings are deleted automatically after the class. We may keep selected recordings for up to 90 days for internal teacher training and teaching-quality review only. Our privacy policy (its sections 3a–3c) explains this in full.
Your membership is personal and for your own non-commercial use: live classes are for your own practice. Recording a class is not allowed. You may not record, screen-record, screenshot, film (for example with another phone or camera), download, re-stream, share or publicly show a class or any part of it, its video or its sound, or let anyone else use your account. Watching on your own TV, for example with AirPlay or casting, is fine as long as nothing is recorded. Classes show real teachers and real people in our studio, so copying them can breach their privacy as well as our rights. The apps limit screen capture where the device allows it, and the website and apps show your first name and a short member code faintly on the video (our privacy policy, section 3d, explains how). Anything these limits do not block is still not allowed. Classes, teaching, music, names and logos belong to us or our licensors; your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable right to watch classes live and nothing more. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of this section, and will tell you why where we reasonably can.
You practise at your own risk. Consult a medical professional before starting if you are pregnant or have injuries or health conditions. Online, the teacher cannot see you and cannot correct or adjust you, so practise within your limits, in a safe space with enough room and a non-slip surface. If a pose hurts, stop doing it. Classes are general exercise instruction, not medical advice.
Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This limit does not apply to death or personal injury caused by our negligence, to gross negligence or intent, or where mandatory consumer law does not allow a limit, and it does not affect your statutory rights.
